Crampons are essential for safety on technical ascents and icy, steep carries. But at the same time, athletes don’t want to carry a single extra gram to move faster and more efficiently. The ten-point DNA crampons are made entirely of aluminum and fold compactly, so they fit easily into any backpack. A very practical feature: there’s no difference between the left and right crampon, so no need to think when putting them on. Adjusting to the corresponding sole length (260 to 333mm) is child’s play and takes just seconds, with no tools needed. The crampons attach to ski touring boots in no time. Thanks to steel cables, they guarantee a firm, reliable grip on ice and wind-packed snow. DNA crampons come standard in a fully automatic version. But if needed, they can be quickly and easily converted to a semi-automatic version using a front bail. It’s also possible to attach an anti-balling plate at the front points.
